Meghan Hodgins
MS Ed., BCBA, LBA
Founder/CEO/BCBA
Meghan earned her master’s degree in special education from Old Dominion University in 1996. After being a special education teacher in the city of Chesapeake for 18 years including starting the first class for elementary children with autism in the city, and parenting her own 2 children with autism, she decided she wanted to do more. After earning her certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from George Mason University in 2013 she became a BCBA. Shortly after she opened Children First ABA Clinic to serve area children and families. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, camping with her family and spending time with her dogs.
Megan Albert
MHRM, BCBA, LBA, CAPT
Behavior Analyst
Megan began working in special education in Southern California at the age of 19. She completed her BS in Psychology from Northern Arizona University, Master’s in Human Resources from Keller Graduate, and post-masters ABA Certificate from University of Virginia. Megan has traveled the world with her military family, gaining experience working with children in each place. She loves applying behavioral science principles in business management as well as in her therapy. She loves to run, play pickleball, explore new areas, and spend time with her family.
Ariel Weddle

Assistant Behavior Analyst
Ariel received her Bachelors of Science in 2013 from Old Dominion University. She completed her Assistant Behavior Analyst Graduate Certificate in 2020 from Florida Institute of Technology. She has always had a strong drive and passion to help people. She has made a positive impact on many children’s lives at Children Frist ABA Clinic. She loves camping, gardening, biking and spending time with her 2 sons and friends and family.
Greyson Benton-Hart
Registered Behavior Technician
Grey was diagnosed with autism at the age of six and completed four years of ABA therapy. She likes to hang out with her cats and her hedgehog, play the guitar, and play video games. She’s excited about going back to school for her Masters in ABA.
Jessica Bentz
Registered Behavior Technician
Clinical Intern
Jessica is currently in the process of completing her Master’s Degree program in Behavior Analysis. She has worked in the ABA field for 10+ years, impacting numerous children’s lives. In her free time she likes to do arts and crafts, garden, camp, travel, get together with friends, and hang out with my dog.
Antonia Fitz-Randolph
MA, BCBA, LBA
Behavior Analyst
Antonia became a BCBA in December 2024. In addition to working with wonderful autistic children on a daily basis, Antonia also has twin nephews with autism. She loves to spend time with family, watch movies and animés, garden, read, and play games.
Niya Batts
Behavior Technician
Niya graduated in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Norfolk State University. She has a close relationship with her autistic family member and has worked with children for years.. Her cousin helped her understand autism a little better. She likes to read, scrapbook, go to Yoga, & hang with her husband and son.
Cameron LeClair
Registered Behavior Technician
Clinical Intern
Cameron is actively pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University. He is greatly influenced by his mom who was a special education teacher and a behavior analyst. He has worked in both school and clinic settings. Cameron enjoys going for hikes, camping, going for walks, and playing video games.
Cozi Jones
Behavior Technician
Cozi has experience working with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She is pursuing her Masters in Clinical Counseling and has a passion to work with both adults and children. During her free time, she enjoys volunteering at church, swimming, and trying new food with my friends!
Shelby Gregory
Office Manager
Shelby has an Associates Degree in Business Administration, majored in Accounting. Shelby sits at our front desk and helps keep our clinic running smoothly. Shelby’s youngest son was diagnosed with ASD when he was 5 years old. In her free time she loves to read, spend time with family, and go to the Outer Banks as much as possible.
Jennifer Perry
Registered Behavior Technician
Jenn is the master at Natural Environment Training. She excels in helping clients generalize skills. Jenn’s son has autism and becoming an RBT has really improved their quality of life. Jenn enjoys gardening, cooking, kayaking, crafting, and painting in her free time.
Michelle Pepper
Registered Behavior Technician
Michelle has been an RBT since August 2018 and has 23 years of personal education of being a mom to an amazing young adult on the spectrum. Michelle’s education has come from on learning and training on site. Michelle became involved with autism in high school (1991). She volunteered in the SECEP program and helped spread awareness and acceptance. Michelle also organizes our tasty potlucks, helping keep our close, supportive culture flourishing. In her free time she loves to read, cook, take care of her fur babies (dog and guinea pigs), and watch “nostalgic” shows with her kids.
Jennifer Roe Harris
Registered Behavior Technician
In 2008 Jennifer began working in AAS Early Childhood Education. In 2016 she received her RBT certification and has been working with children with autism since that time. Jennifer enriches our clinic with her leadership leading one of our social skills groups twice a week. She loves pop culture, music and traveling.
Erica Carwile
Data and Systems Manager
Erica is an integral part in the everyday running of the clinic. She received her Bachelors of Social Work in 1993. Erica is an expert in organizing data and building communication bridges between multiple organizations. She has adult identical twins who were diagnosed with autism in 3rd grade. Erica and her family can generally be found at Busch Gardens / Water Country or playing dominos and cards. She likes to craft and scrapbook her many pictures.
Carmen Parker
Registered Behavior Technician
Carmen became an RBT in 2021. She keeps us laughing, while delivering quality therapy. In her free time Carmen loves to go country line dancing – yeehaw. She earned her Bachelors of Science (Psychology) from ODU in 2024 and is continuing her education in hopes of becoming an Occupational Therapist.
Bailey Smith
Registered Behavior Technician
In addition to being a Registered Behavior Technician, Bailey works at her church as the Children’s Director. She loves to explore nature and spend time outside. She has a specific interest in caves and going on hikes in the mountains. In May 2024, Bailey earned her B.A. in Ministry and Leadership with a focus on Organizational Leadership. She volunteered for a summer baseball camp for kids and adults with autism which started her journey working with children with autism.
Claire Olson
Behavior Analyst
Claire has worked closely with children with ASD and their families since 2018. In 2023 Claire graduated from Arizona State University with a Masters in Special Education. She has been a BCBA since June of 2024. She enjoys walking, spending time with family and friends, and being outdoors.
Caleigh Overton
Registered Behavior Technician
Caleigh was a nanny for a child on the spectrum for 3 years. Before then, she had several friends with autism between elementary and high school. Caleigh has ten years of experience in childcare (2015-present), 5 years volunteering with youth groups (2019-2024), and became a Registered Behavioral Technician in 2024. Caleigh enjoys being active outside, reading, solving crosswords, jigsaw puzzles, skateboarding and surfing. She also likes to hang out with her local family members, especially her adorable nephews & niece
