ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician

Make a Difference at Children First ABA Clinic

 

Are you passionate about helping children grow, learn, and thrive? Children First ABA Clinic is currently hiring ABA Therapists / Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one support to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

 

As a Behavior Technician at Children First, you’ll play a vital role in helping children reach their fullest potential in a supportive, child-centered environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are driven, compassionate, and eager to make a real impact.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, daily living, and social skills
  • Collect accurate data on targeted behaviors and skill development
  • Track progress and contribute to team discussions about each child’s growth
  • Support children in learning meaningful, functional skills that improve their daily lives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for working with children of all abilities
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Reliability, patience, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a plus
  • Must meet training requirements (we offer assistance with RBT certification, if needed)

Children First ABA Clinic is on the lookout for an awesome Homeschool Support Teacher to join our passionate team of educators and clinicians. Our Homeschool Support Program is all about meeting kids where they are — blending structure and creativity to help every learner shine in their own unique way.

Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Step into a Leadership Role at Children First ABA Clinic

Children First ABA Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead RBT to join our team and help shape a supportive, high-quality therapy environment where every child — and every team member — can thrive.

In this role, you’ll provide exceptional one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, while also mentoring and guiding fellow RBTs in their clinical practice. If you’re a certified RBT who’s ready to take on more responsibility, grow your leadership skills, and make a lasting impact, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized one-on-one ABA therapy in alignment with treatment plans developed by BCBAs
  • Accurately collect data and document progress toward each child’s goals
  • Train and support fellow RBTs, sharing expertise and providing helpful feedback on performance
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure consistency and high-quality care
  • Foster a positive, team-centered environment that promotes learning and professional growth
  • Serve as a role model and leader within the clinical team

Requirements:

  • Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • 2 years experience in implementing ABA programs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Passion for helping children with autism learn and thrive
  • Desire to mentor others and contribute to a collaborative team culture
